VARIETY :

• 100 % PINOT NOIR

Eye :

A multitude of fine bubbles when served form a thick, creamy collar of foam. The colour is golden yellow with amber tints. The sparkle is brilliant.

Nose :

An initially fruity and expressive nose with aromas of fresh fruit (apple - mirabelle plum) and citrus (grapefruit). On brewing, exotic fruit (mango) and fern. Finishes with a touch of aniseed.

Palate :

The attack on the palate is distinctly fruity. Well-balanced structure with a long finish.

A Champagne of great elegance, generous and full-bodied. Suitable as a meal with white or red meats.
