VARIETIES :

• 20 % PINOT NOIR 
• 80 % CHARDONNAY

Eye :

When served, a lively effervescence forms a fine, persistent string of foam. The colour is a light golden yellow. The disk is shiny with attractive reflections.

Nose :

The first nose is frank with a beautiful floral expression (acacia flower, white flower). It develops orange-like citrus notes. Upon brewing, aromas of fern, caramel, liquorice, hazelnut and sweet spice are revealed, giving it a certain complexity.

Palate :

The palate is powerful and full-bodied. The dosage is round with a balanced structure. The finish is long and warm.

A champagne from an exceptional year, it will be the essential companion for major events.
