VARIETIES :

• 50 % PINOT NOIR
• 50 % CHARDONNAY

Eye :

The effervescence is active and produces a fine string of bubbles at the parison of the glass. The colour is a slightly deep pink with coppery tints. Perfect clarity.

Nose :

A powerful, aromatic nose of red fruit (redcurrant and cherry). Aeration reveals orange zest and pine resin. A touch of gingerbread on the finish.

Palate :

Full and balanced on the palate. The finish is refreshing, with a lovely hint of red fruit.

This cuvée will create a sensation from the first taste, and will be a great accompaniment to aperitifs, red meats and red fruit desserts.
